Lower Larkworthy - Copse View

Copse View Barn is a luxurious barn conversion situated in the countryside on our working farm. It comfortably sleeps 6 people in two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a double sofa bed. With an expansive open plan lounge which leads off from the beautiful kitchen diner, the kitchen has a large island to enjoyable sociable evenings cooking and maybe enjoying a glass of wine or two.

Roll back the bi folds and invite the outdoors in as you walk onto your own gorgeous private patio, looking out over the farm fields where you will see the animals grazing. Some coming right up to your fence so you can take a close look or rather they can take a close look at you.

Copse has a fully enclosed outdoor space so although the animals are close you can let your own pets roam free safely within the secure garden area.

Step down from your patio into a large bubbling hot tub where you can really relax and take in the rolling countryside views, even do some star gazing, we have very little light pollution here so with clear weather the night skies can be breath taking even boasting some great sitings of the aurora borealis aka Northen Lights. The farm is very secluded where the pace of life is much slower. We encourage you to relax and unwind leaving behind the hustle and bustle of busy lives to enjoy in the peace and quiet. Maybe you will be lucky enough to see some of the local wildlife too, there is a resident buzzard and barn owl to look out for when you are relaxing in the evenings. Deer are regular visitors to the surrounding fields, we even have our own tame deer that was rescued last year .

Lower Larkworthy Farm is situated on the Devon / Cornwall border a 30 minute drive to Bude with the nearest beaches and coastal walks, if you are more inclined to hike then you will find Dartmoor only 40 minutes drive away too.
